Blackberry Sour Cream Cake for a @cuzilikechoclat Guest Post

Blackberry Sour Cream Cake |
Today I’m guest posting over at my friend, Mallory’s wonderful blog, Because I Like Chocolate (with a blog name like that, is it any wonder that we’re pals?). Mal is a fellow Canadian with a really interesting background. She left culinary school and is a psychology major at the University of Calgary. It’s a perfect relationship because we chat about food and I can get free counselling! Just kidding…sorta.

Mal is on a dream vacation in Europe right now so when she asked if I’d be willing to guest post for her, I said absolutely. I’ll have to live vicariously through her because I’ve always wanted to go to Europe. I’ll just eat more cake to drown my sorrow and stifle my jealousy!

  1. Gorgeous cake – as always – Ms. Nancy…I bet roaming around Europe with you would be soooooo much fun. Why don’t you file a carpe diem habeas corpus Europe document with your charming hubby? P.s. Meandering around Paris made me feel like I was walking in a postcard many times =)

  2. Oooo blackberry sour cream!!! I can’t wait to see the recipe and actually check out her blog. U always send me good places. I found Connie and Ala through your guest posts. Heading over now!

  3. This cake is gorgeous! I am addicted both to blackberries and to cakes that have fruit baked into the top, so I am not going to be able to stop thinking about this one for a loooooong time 🙂
