Wahoo, we made it through the week! I don’t know about you guys but it’s been a particularly tough one for me. Work has been super busy and stressful but amazingly, instead of vegging out in front of the tv with ice cream and a bag of chips when I get home, I’ve actually been exercising. It’s so warm and sunny in Vancouver right now that it’s motivating me to go outside and jog with Abby.
It’s a good thing I’ve been working out because I recently devoured this chocolate sour cream bundt cake studded with chocolate chips and crushed Coffee Crisp chocolate bars, covered in chocolate ganache and then covered with even more crushed Coffee Crisp. What prompted me to make this beauty? I’m guest posting today over at the blog of my fabulous, sweet, gorgeous and talented friend, Kayle aka the Cooking Actress. She just uprooted herself from New York, where she’s spent the last five and a half years, to move to Ohio with her fiancé, Michael. Kayle’s in the middle of boxes and unpacking and cleaning so she’s getting some of her blogging buddies to help tantalize her readers with delicious baked goods while she’s getting settled in.
Kayle is awesome so head over to her blog (click here for the guest post), say hi and feast your eyes on this:
Yup, you’re welcome. Happy Friday and have a fabulous weekend!
